1. General terms
Each apartment is an independent dwelling unit for the defined number of people/beds. Prices are written for each apartment per day. Minimum stay is 3 days. Maximum number of people for the apartment is defined by the number of beds, meaning that apartments can not be reserved for more people then maximum number of beds in the apartment. Child older then 2 years of age is considered as an adult. All apartments have kitchens equipped with kitchen-range, refrigerator as well as eating and cooking utensils for the defined number of people. Some of the apartments are also air-conditioned which is mentioned in the apartment description.
Changes of guests in apartment accommodation for July and August (arrival/departure) are made on Saturdays. For stays less than 7 days there are comfortable rooms with breakfast in pension accommodation.
Apartments are available and can be entered from 2PM. Guests must exit the apartment until 10AM. Arrival must be announced to the owner of the apartment, so the reception in the Silba port can be arranged on time.
2. Apartment prices
The price of the apartment includes the apartment rent, bed sheets, cooking and eating utensils, towels, electricity, water, gas and the final cleaning of the apartment.
For apartments which have pets allowed, there is a 5 Eur/day additional fee.
For using baby bed /baby cot (child younger then 2 years) there is a 5 Eur/day additional fee.
After receiving Your enquiry, we will send You an offer for the apartment as well as the reservation fee that has to be payed. Reservation fee is usuall 30% of the total rental price or at least the price for 3 days of stay. After we receive the reservation fee, we will send you a voucher by which we confirm that we received the fee and that we made the reservation for the arranged period. In the voucher You will also get all the necessary information as well as the rest of the apartment rental which You will pay directly to the apartment lessor when You arrive on Silba.
4. Cancelation of reservation
You can cancel the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to the arrival date, the full refund will be made minus the operational and refund transaction charges. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the arrival date non refund will be made. In cases of non shows or early check outs non refund will be made.
