The house is nicely placed in a quiet garden under old pine trees. The nearest pebble beach is some 70 meters away, as well as the food shop. The centre of the village with post office, shops, fishmonger’s shop, pastry shop, coffee bars, restaurants and medical clinic is about 200 meters away.
